- A request through the website or WhatsApp does not create a client relationship. We become engaged only after you accept our written proposal, sign our engagement letter and complete our onboarding.
- Every engagement is subject to identity verification and due diligence (KYC/AML). We may decline or end an engagement, without giving reasons where the law prevents us, if the checks are not satisfactory or the activity falls outside our risk policy.
